Todd Bennett has spent 10 years in the Pilbara, most recently working with RTIO as both a contractor and full time employee.

Before starting with RTIO as a full time employee Todd spent 3 years as a Project Manager in the mining and construction industry based in the Pilbara managing projects from major camp/village construction to multiple design and construction projects across the Pilbara leading a workforce of 30 plus staff.

With that mining construction background Todd spent the past 4 years as a full time employee with RTIO with experience in serval roles including the responsibility of a nominated Statutory Electrical Supervisor and then with RTIO Utilities as a CMS Electrical Supervisor/Project Manager for projects involving building, construction and electrical both onsite and in town.

Todd’s strong project management background combined with positive attitude, decision making and exceptional people skills have set the benchmark and direction for Bennco Group moving forward.

Ben Williams Chief Operating Officer (COO) Read Bio

Ben Williams brings a wealth of local electrical knowledge and experience, coming from an operations manager’s position with a previous major electrical contractor based in Tom Price.

Ben’s skill set has really come to fruition after taking on the responsibility as Director/Electrical Supervisor with Bennco Group.

Ben has worked on numerous large scale projects across the Pilbara including managing the critical response electrical reactive maintenance contract for the Shire of Ashburton.

Ben has a sound knowledge of the local electrical assets having contracted in the area for over 5 years.

Lenin Pervan Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Read Bio

Lenin Pervan is a qualified accountant with over 15 years commercial experience.

Prior to starting with Bennco, Lenin spent over 4 years as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer within Western Australian Local Government, with his primary responsibilities being corporate management and financial compliance.

Lenin was also responsible for the project management of various major capital works, including the re-development of a public swimming pool.

Within Bennco, Lenin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations and is constantly looking to improve the financial processes being conducted to improve efficiencies, and strive for optimal financial sustainability
